Horizon Construction Development's (HKG:9930) chief operational officer, Shen Liang, acquired 609,000 ordinary shares in the company from the open market, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The shares, purchased between Monday and Friday, represent around 0.02% of the builder's issued share capital.
