Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SHA:603799) completed the issuance of its 700-million-yuan bonds, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bonds have a term of 270 days and carry a coupon rate of 2.41%, the filing said.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay the cobalt miner's interest-bearing liabilities.
China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998), Ping An Bank (SHE:000001), and China Zheshang Bank form the syndicate of bookbuilders.
