UOL (SGX:U14) completed the acquisition of Varley Park, a purpose-built student accommodation in Brighton, UK, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Monday trading.
The acquisition was completed through an indirect subsidiary, UOL Investments (Oak).
