Autagco (SGX:1D3) said its last Superfood Kitchen outlet located at Raffles City Shopping Centre has ceased operations, effective Aug. 31, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company surged over 100% in Monday trading.
The development came after the company could not reach an agreement to renew the lease for the Superfood Kitchen outlet with the landlord, the filing said.
The group expected to incur a one-off cost of around SG$15,000.
Accordingly, Autagco said it has decided to dissolve its subsidiary Superfood Kitchen Pte. Ltd., the operator of the Superfood Kitchen outlet, by way of members' voluntary liquidation.
