CALB Group (HKG:3931) completed the conversion of a little over 149.8 million domestic shares into Hong Kong shares on Thursday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The converted shares are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 am on Friday, according to the EV battery maker.
