Centurion (SGX:OU8) acquired Harum Megah, a Malaysia-based dormitory operator for 110.8 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 2% in Wednesday trading.
The acquisition of Harum Megah expands the company's Malaysian portfolio by 25%, with a potential investment range between 300 million ringgit to 500 million ringgit.
Megah owns and operates six purpose built worker accommodation across Johor.
