Global Invacom Introduces Multi-Orbit Transceiver; Shares Jump 8%

Global Invacom's (SGX:QS9) unit, Global Skyware, launched its government band, multi-orbit XRJ transceiver, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The transceiver is able to both receive and transmit and runs on 25 watts of power.

The device is suitable for a defense environment and meets both land and marine regulations.

Shares of the company jumped nearly 8% in Wednesday late-morning trading.
