BeiGene (HKG:6160, SHA:688235) will offer up to 3,998,286 shares under an employee share purchase plan, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Up to 4,693 employees will be eligible to buy shares at up to $332.04 per American depositary share from Sept. 2, 2025 to Feb. 27, 2026, the filing said.
