Boustead Singapore (SGX:F9D) applied to the SGX-ST and the Monetary Authority of Singapore for a proposed initial public offering of a REIT, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The IPO portfolio will include the company's stake in certain of its Singapore logistics and industrial real estate assets not held by it.
However, the company added that there are no assurances that the transaction could take place.
