DLocal Shares Drop After Offering Gets Priced

Shares of DLocal slid after the company said its secondary offering was priced below Wednesday's closing price.

The stock was down 7.8% at $12.85 in morning trading. Shares are still up 14% since the start of the year.

The online payments platform said before the opening bell that it would sell 15 million shares at $12.75 apiece. Shares closed Wednesday at $13.93.

The offering is expected to close on Friday.
