Sheng Siong's (SGX:OV8) subsidiary, C M M Marketing Management, received a letter of offer from JTC for the lease of a land at Sungei Kadut Street 1, Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in Friday trading.
Under the letter, the lease of the land is for a period of 33 years, with the company currently reviewing the offer details.
