Tiong Woon's Attributable Profit Down 4% in Fiscal H2

Tiong Woon's (SGX:BQM) attributable profit to equity holders fell 4% during the fiscal second half of the year ended June 30 to SG$7.2 million from SG$7.4 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange

Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in Friday trading.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0309 compared with SG$0.0321 in the comparable period.

Revenue jumped 25% year over year to SG$84.7 million from SG$67.9 million, due to increased revenue from the heavy lift and haulage segment.

The company declared a final dividend of SG$0.0175 per share for the period, up from SG$0.006 per share a year earlier.
