Polaris Unit Signs MOU to Manage New Hotel in Kumamoto, Japan

Polaris Holdings' (TYO:3010) subsidiary, Minacia, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a new hotel management contract in Kumamoto City, Japan.
The property, to be named KOKO HOTEL Residence Kumamoto Kamitori, will feature 29 rooms and is scheduled to open in June 2027, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The agreement with Status Co. is part of Polaris's strategy to expand its third-party management contracts and use its operating platform for growth.
The addition will bring the total number of hotels under the Polaris Group's management to 106, comprising 15,516 rooms.
