Dongfang Electric (HKG:1072, SHA:600875) reported a profit attributable to owners of 1.91 billion yuan for the first half of 2025, up from 1.69 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the Chinese power generation firm were down over 1% in Friday morning trade.
Earnings per share came in at 0.60 yuan, compared with 0.54 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue climbed to 38.2 billion yuan from 33.5 billion yuan.
The board declared no interim dividend.
