TOTM Technologies (SGX:42F) allotted and issued 1350 million placement shares worth SG$3.2 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 4% in Wednesday trading.
The shares are expected to be listed on Aug. 28, the filing added.
