Shangri-La Asia's Attributable Profit Declines in H1; Shares Down Nearly 3%

Shangri-La Asia's (SGX:S07, HKG:0069) attributable profit declined to $57.9 million during the half ended June 30 from $94.5 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share dropped to $0.01616 compared with $0.02646 in the comparable period.
Revenue increased to $1.06 billion from $1.05 billion a year ago, due to increased revenue from investment properties.
The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.05 per share for the period.
Shares of the company were down nearly 3% at the close of trade on Thursday.
