Eastern International (ELOG) said late Wednesday it has priced its public offering of 1.6 million shares at $4 per share to raise gross proceeds of about $6.4 million.
The underwriter has been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 240,000 shares.
Shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "ELOG" this Thursday, with the offering expected to close Friday.
