Prudential (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) repurchased 302,819 shares on the London bourse on Monday at an average price of 10.0099 pounds sterling apiece, a Tuesday Singapore Exchange filing said.
The insurer intends to cancel the repurchased shares.
Following the transaction, Prudential will have 2,572,854,495 shares in issue.
