CapitaLand Ascott Trust (SGX:HMN) acquired three rental housing properties in Japan for 4 billion Japanese yen, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The properties have a distribution per stapled security accretion of 0.3%.
The acquisition was funded by the divestment of Citadines Karasuma-Gojo Kyoto.
