H2G Green (SGX:5AI) issued 6,100,000 new shares on Wednesday following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of SG$0.004 apiece, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company's total issued and paid-up share capital has increased to 1,493,295,904 shares, with the new shares expected to be listed and quoted on or around Aug. 29.
