FiscalNote Holdings Inc., a leading provider of AI-driven policy and regulatory intelligence solutions, has released its 2025 Advocacy Benchmark Report through its digital advocacy platform, VoterVoice. The report, now in its seventh year, analyzes campaign data from 2024 and the first half of 2025, offering insights into digital advocacy performance across over 2,000 organizations in 50 industries. It draws on a substantial dataset, including over 545 million emails, 23 million text messages, and 17 million page views, to provide actionable insights and strategies for advocacy professionals. Key findings reveal that email engagement saw an open rate of 39.2% in 2024, slightly decreasing to 36.7% in early 2025, with a stable action rate around 6.5-6.9%. Text messaging volumes hit record highs, with over 22 million texts sent during the analyzed period. Labor organizations led with the highest email open rates, while clergy and religious groups achieved the highest action rates. October emerged as the peak month for email advocacy, influenced by year-end policy and electoral priorities. The report emphasizes the importance of ready-to-act tools for advocacy professionals, especially with the upcoming 2026 midterm elections. It also includes best practices from high-performing organizations to improve campaign engagement and supporter activation. The full report is available at VoterVoice's website.
