Boss Energy Says enCore Energy Repays July Uranium Loan Agreement in Full; Shares Climb 9%

Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) said enCore Energy unit, enCore Energy US, made a final payment of $10.6 million, including $200,000 of accrued interest, repaying in full a July uranium loan agreement, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company lent enCore 200,000 pounds of uranium under the agreement, the filing said. Since the original agreement was made, enCore repaid $11.9 million, including interest, in cash.
enCore and Boss remain engaged in their joint venture with the Alta Mesa uranium project in Texas, whereby enCore is the operator and a 70% owner.
Boss Energy's shares climbed nearly 9% in recent trading on Tuesday.
