0357 GMT - Indian technology company Wipro plans to acquire the digital transformation solutions unit of Samsung-linked Harman for $375 million but some points on the deal remain unclear, Citi analysts say in a note. The unit is likely to be less profitable than Wipro, they say, noting a lack of growth in the unit over the last three years. Wipro's new multi-year strategic agreement with Harman and Samsung also needs more clarity, they say. Customer concentration of the business also remains unclear, they add. Citi maintains its sell rating on Wipro and target of INR225.00. Shares are 0.2% lower at INR249.39. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
