0924 ET - Zoom's expansion beyond its video call service to offer a suite of advanced AI tools is paying off, says Benchmark analyst Matthew Harrigan. The company is integrating its agentic AI in its video conferences, call centers and hybrid work products, reducing costs for businesses and leading to high-profile customer wins. "These AI capabilities now extend well beyond Zoom's signature brand name virtual meetings to assimilated information and commands, contextual reasoning and clear follow-up tasks," Harrigan says, adding that Zoom is also integrating these offerings with Microsoft and Google work platforms. Shares rise 3.9% to $76 in pre-market trading. (nicholas.miller@wsj.com)
