The Hong Kong bourse said it has issued resumption guidance to A Metaverse Company (HKG:1616), whose shares have been suspended since Aug. 15, according to a Thursday filing.
The company must demonstrate it has a valid board and committees, comply with listing rules on sufficient operations or assets, re-comply with rules on authorised representatives and company secretary requirements, and disclose all material information, the bourse said.
Trading in the shares will remain suspended until further notice.
