Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) completed its $580 million acquisition of a natural gas gathering affiliate of Occidental Petroleum (OXY).
The assets include gas gathering systems in the Midland Basin and 200 miles of pipelines tied to Occidental's production operations in the region, Enterprise Products Partners said Friday in a statement.
