1252 ET - Toll Brothers reports higher home-sales revenue in its fiscal 3Q, though sales volumes have been impacted by a softer overall market, CEO Douglas Yearley says on a call with analysts. That's why the homebuilder cut its home deliveries guidance for the full fiscal year, the CEO says. The company is actively managing its spec starts, and its inventory levels to line things up with local market conditions, Yearley says, pointing out that demand in the North is stronger than in other regions. "We will be making decisions as to how many spec homes to start as we plan ahead for fiscal 2026," the CEO says. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
