Boeing (BA) will provide Israel with two additional KC-46 refueling planes, expanding the country's order to six aircraft, The Times of Israel reported on Wednesday.

Israel's Defense Ministry said the $500 million purchase will be funded through the $3.8 billion in annual US military aid, the report said.

Israel signed an agreement for the first four KC-46s in 2022 with deliveries still pending, the Times of Israel reported.

Boeing did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
