Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) unit, Huatai International Finance, issued medium-term bonds worth $30 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The issuance is part of a $3 billion medium-term bond program launched in 2020.
The issuance will primarily support the company's business development and replenish its working capital.
