Minsheng Education Group (HKG:1569) posted a loss attributable to shareholders of 4.1 million yuan for the first half of 2025, compared with a profit of 104.8 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the educational service provider were up 2% in Wednesday's late-morning trade.
Loss per share came in at 0.0010 yuan, compared with earnings of 0.0248 yuan in the prior-year period.
Revenue fell 17.1% to 894.8 million yuan from 1.08 billion yuan a year earlier.
