Sonder (SOND) said Thursday its chief financial officer Michael Hughes has stepped down from his position, starting from August 15.
The company's interim chief executive officer Janice Sears has assumed the duties as principal financial officer on an interim basis, a regulatory filing shows.
The previously announced search for a new CEO is still underway, and the board expects to find a successor by the end of the year, it said.
