The trailing twelve months cloud net revenue retention rate as of June 30, 2025, was 120%. Looking ahead, Intapp provided its guidance for the first quarter and the full fiscal year 2026. The company anticipates SaaS revenue to be between $95.7 million and $96.7 million for the first quarter and between $411.4 million and $415.4 million for the full fiscal year. Total revenue is projected to range from $134.8 million to $135.8 million for the first quarter and from $566.7 million to $570.7 million for the fiscal year. Non-GAAP operating income is expected to be between $16.0 million and $17.0 million for the first quarter and between $96.0 million and $100.0 million for the entire fiscal year 2026. Non-GAAP diluted net income per share is forecasted to be between $0.18 and $0.20 for the first quarter and between $1.09 and $1.13 for the fiscal year.
