Marvell Technology, Inc. has completed the divestiture of its Automotive Ethernet business to Infineon Technologies AG for $2.5 billion in an all-cash transaction. The sale was finalized eleven days into Marvell's third quarter of fiscal 2026. Moving forward, Marvell's financial results will no longer reflect contributions from this business unit. The Automotive Ethernet segment was anticipated to generate between $225 million and $250 million in revenue for fiscal 2026. Marvell notes that the transaction is not expected to significantly impact its non-GAAP earnings per share.
