ASMPT (HKG:0522) is shuttering down a facility in Bao'an, Shenzhen, under its ASMPT Equipment (Shenzhen) unit, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The closure will impact 950 employees and is being undertaken to improve the cost competitiveness of the company's global manufacturing operations, ASMPT said.
