Jinke Smart Services to Return to Profit in H1; Shares Jump 6%

Jinke Smart Services Group (HKG:9666) expects to return to profitability for the first half of 2025, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the property manager rose nearly 6% in recent Tuesday trade.
The company is forecasting attributable profit of up to 100 million yuan for the six months ended June 30, compared with a loss of 194.4 million yuan in the year-ago period.
Jinke Smart Services' financial results are due by the end of August.
