NMT secured a 59.3% stake in MedPeer (TYO:6095) via a tender offer that closed Aug. 7, making it the company's new parent and largest shareholder, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
NMT is wholly owned by KKH, which is controlled by MedPeer chairman Yo Iwami. The company plans to delist after making Iwami, NMT, and BOZO its only shareholders.
