Joby Aviation (JOBY) shares were down more than 9% in recent trading on Thursday after HC Wainwright downgraded the company's stock to neutral from buy.
The electric aircraft manufacturer reported a Q2 loss late Wednesday of $0.41 per diluted share, widening from the loss of $0.18 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.19.
Trading volume stood at over 36.3 million shares against a daily average of about 32.1 million.
