C.Q. Pharmaceutical (SHE:000950) completed the issuance of ultra-short-term bonds worth 700 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds have an issuance rate of 1.77% and a term of 145 days, maturing on Dec. 30.
China Minsheng Banking (HKG:1988, SHA:600016) and Bank of China (SHA:601988, HKG:3988) are the lead underwriters of the issuance.
