Viatris (VTRS) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.62 per share, down from $0.69 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.56.
Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $3.58 billion, compared with $3.80 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.47 billion.
For 2025, the company reaffirmed its adjusted EPS and total revenue guidance, but said it expects to achieve the top half of the range.
Viatris projected full year 2025 adjusted EPS of between $2.16 and $2.30, and total revenue of $13.50 billion to $14.00 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.23 and $13.81 billion, respectively.
Shares of the company were up more than 4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
