Tesla (TSLA) advanced by 0.7% pre-bell, after a 3.6% rise at Wednesday's close.
UnitedHealth Group (UNH) was up 0.5% in premarket activity, swinging from a 2.1% fall at Wednesday's close.
Bucking the trend, AppLovin (APP) was 0.8% lower pre-bell, swinging from a 3.3% increase at Wednesday's close.
