GAAP operating expenses were reported at $141.6 million, while non-GAAP operating expenses were $119.5 million. The company reported GAAP earnings per share of $1.14 and non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.51. In terms of business operations, Cirrus Logic highlighted strong demand for its custom boosted amplifier and its first 22-nanometer smart codec in smartphones. The company also made progress in diversifying its product and end-market offerings, gaining traction in the laptop market, and ramping up production of its latest-generation components targeting professional audio, automotive, industrial, and imaging markets. Looking ahead to the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, Cirrus Logic anticipates revenue to range between $510 million and $570 million. The forecasted GAAP gross margin is expected to be between 51% and 53%. Combined GAAP R&D and SG&A expenses are anticipated to be between $153 million and $159 million, including stock-based compensation and amortization of acquired intangibles, resulting in a non-GAAP operating expense range of $131 million to $137 million.
