Cathay Pacific Airways (HKG:0293), Swire Pacific (HKG:0019, HKG:0087), and Swire Properties (HKG:1972) will each renew their services agreements with John Swire & Sons (H.K.) for a further three years from Jan. 1, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2028, according to Thursday Hong Kong bourse filings.
Under the deals, John Swire & Sons will continue providing management support, staff secondment, administrative services, and trademark use to the three companies.
The calculation basis for annual service fees remains unchanged at 2.5% of adjusted profit before tax or related metrics.
Annual caps are set at HK$380 million for Cathay Pacific and Swire Properties, and HK$630 million for Swire Pacific, the filing said.
