CLP (HKG:0002) reported HK$5.62 billion in attributable profit for the six months ended June 30, falling from HK$5.95 billion a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Earnings per share for the period were HK$2.23 compared with HK$2.36 per share posted a year prior.
The company generated HK$42.85 billion in revenue during the first six months of the year, compared to HK$44.09 billion previously.
Meanwhile, the company declared a dividend of HK$0.63 for Q2, payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record on Sept. 4.
