Pembina Pipeline (PBA) said Friday it entered into a tolling agreement with AltaGas for 30,000 barrels per day of liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG, export capacity at AltaGas' facilities in Prince Rupert, British Columbia.
The agreement is for export capacity of 20,000 barrels per day starting in April 2026, and an additional 10,000 barrels per day in April 2027 on the Ridley Island Propane Export Terminal and the upcoming Ridley Island Energy Export Facility, according to a statement.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
In combination with its current capacity at its Prince Rupert Terminal, Pembina said it is set to have 50,000 barrels per day of global market access off Canada's West Coast.
Shares were 2% higher in recent premarket activity.
