0750 GMT - London's premier FTSE 100 index rose in opening trade Monday, boosted by financial stocks after a U.K. Supreme Court decision on motor finance redress late Friday. The index is trading 0.3% higher, having fallen 2.6% last week and marking its biggest weekly fall since the week ended April 4. Lloyds Banking Group shares were up 7.2% after the ruling and the bank saying it expects any change to the provision made in its accounts for any redress to be immaterial.
