0906 GMT - Apple might have to navigate a host of challenges in the coming months even though its latest quarterly results show the company is faring better than feared, UBS analysts write in a note to clients. The iPhone maker is grappling with competition from local brands in China, analysts say. Apple also faces potential tariffs as an investigation by the Trump administration could result in specific levies for semiconductors, they add. The risk that the Department of Justice changes Apple's revenue agreement with Alphabet's Google when it is expected to rule in August also remains, analysts say. Apple shares are up 1.5% premarket at $210.73 after strong quarterly results. (mauro.orru@wsj.com)
