Morgan Stanley & Co., International plc, a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror, reported the purchase of 330,000 ordinary shares for $4,013,314 and the sale of 1,244,000 ordinary shares for $14,760,275. The dealings were made for its own account as a result of wholly unsolicited client-driven orders.
