MOG Digitech's (HKG:1942) co-CEO, Datin Low Lay Choo, resigned from her role, effective Sept. 1, according to an Aug. 1 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the fintech company fell nearly 2% in Monday afternoon trade.
Datin Low will remain responsible for the firm's overall management and operation in Malaysia.
