Beyond Meat Inc. has entered into a sublease agreement with Varda Space Industries, Inc., effective July 22, 2025. Under this agreement, Beyond Meat will sublease approximately 54,749 square feet in El Segundo, California, consisting of both improved and unimproved space. The sublease aligns with the terms of the master lease held by Beyond Meat and is subject to the consent of the master landlord. The improved space will commence 30 days after the landlord's consent, while the unimproved space will commence upon completion of improvements or 13 months following consent. The agreement is set to expire on October 31, 2033, with monthly rent payments made by the subtenant to Beyond Meat.
