Celcuity (CELC) stock soared about 180% after the company said a phase 3 trial of its drug gedatolisib plus fulvestrant, with and without palbociclib, showed a "statistically significant and clinically meaningful" improvement in progression-free survival among patients in a type of breast cancer.
Over 23.2 million shares traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 208,000.
